What is ESTOS ProCall?
ProCall is a unified communications application manufactured by ESTOS GmbH (Starnberg, Germany). ProCall allows to program business processes related to call-handling and improves cooperation inside the company with a variety of presence management and collaboration tools.
Features
- Business process automation with telephony integration. ProCall unified communications system provides out of the box interface to a variety of telephone systems that allows to carry out telephony integration tasks faster and more efficient. As a result the following scenarios are possible with ProCall:
- Screenpops with caller's data prefilled;
- Click-to-dial. Dialing contacts directly from PC without any need to dial contact number manually;
- Automatically receive, end or transfer a call;
- Establish conference-calls from PC;
- Have a statistics of calls placed or received.
- An integrated presence management user-centric system that allows users to see a detailed information on colleagues' availability, not just ‘Busy' or ‘N/A'. This system takes into consideration various factors like: user telephone state (busy line, ‘do not disturb' mode), user calendar, user idle state, other information provided directly by a user;
- Built-in real time instant messaging subsystem in to improve internal company communication efficiency;
- Federation feature allows building trusted relations between distributed offices or partner companies offering ProCall benefits like 3rd party call control, CTI, presence management and collaboration;
- Work from iPad, iPhone and Android-based mobile devices.
Architecture
ProCall comes in 2 versions:
- ProCall Enterprise is Client-Server Windows-based solution. User accounts, access permissions are managed at ProCall Enterprise server. Actual 3rd-party CTI is also done at server-side;
- ProCall One is a standalone application with 1st-party CTI integration capability, i.e. the application integrated directly to a telephone set or PBX.
